Our amazing success story of begins quite early, as Klaus became a chef at the young age of 24. Over the years, the man from Ammerland turned his passion for good taste not only into a profession, but also into a vocation.
Today, he proves this on a daily basis together with his life partner Heinz at the Edel Weiss Restaurant, which opened in 2010. Their love of Bavaria and Tyrol is reflected in the rustic ambiance of the beautiful locality, which never fails to amaze visitors. Because as soon as you enter, you will be surrounded by the flair of alpine comfort.
Together with their team, Klaus and Heinz have succeeded in managing a restaurant in the middle of Bremen, which, according to the example of a typical simple alpine inn, amazing the guests with delicious food, a rustic ambience and, above all, great hospitality.
