Pinkel sausage for you; he reaches into the recipe box and conjures up dishes of tasty schnitzel with white or red cabbage, and steaming dumplings. Would you like to take in the meadow air
while you dine?
No problem. Taste a veal
sausage in an unusual breadcrumb coating, or allow yourself to be impressed by a knuckle of pork or Kaiserschmarren. Do you want to enjoy yourself "in moderation"? No problem - the corresponding small glasses are also available.
And if you would like to join us on a culinary trip to the South and to Austria, order liver dumpling soup, crispy
pork roast or something sweet from neighbouring Austria from one of the friendly waitresses wearing a
dirndl, or from the hearty waiters dressed in lederhosen.
